Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our straightforward return and exchange process.

  • Eligibility

    • Unused, unworn items in original condition and packaging are eligible within 30 days of delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9).

  • How to Initiate

    • Complete our online Return Request Form or email morasshop.customer@hotmail.com.

    • Include order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.

  • Shipping Costs

    • Customer-paid for returns except in cases of defect or our error.

  • Refunds & Replacements

    • Refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt (Australian Consumer Law Sec. 262).

    • Exchanges dispatched at no additional cost once the original item is received.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items

    • Contact us immediately if items arrive damaged or incorrect for a full refund or replacement under Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2302(a)).
